Under the supervision of a designated team leader, provides complex technical support including analysis, design, implementation, documentation, and problem solving in support of the University’s identity and access management architecture. This position is intended for individuals with considerable knowledge of identity and access management processes and systems. Incumbents in this position are considered technical experts and project leaders and are expected to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of identity and access management platforms and the ability to apply a wide range of problem solving and resource management techniques to the IAM space.
