Under the supervision of a designated supervisor, provides hardware, software, network communications, computer support, instruction, documentation and consultation to the University community and other users on problems, solutions and services related to computing and information technology.
Incumbents are generally expected to provide advanced technical support and have responsibility for more than one area of technology.
